Conner Hehman

Conner Hehman is a Broker Assistant at Commercial Industrial Properties (CIP), supporting the industrial, land, office, and retail teams through transactions in Central Texas. As an Austin native, he has a strong understanding of the region’s evolving market and business landscape.

Conner brings prior experience in commercial construction, where he managed TI buildouts for a local general contractor. This background provides him with a practical understanding of how users, owners, and development teams approach commercial assets, enabling him to contribute effectively throughout all stages of a transaction. He is currently pursuing a Business degree, further developing his knowledge of real estate, finance, and investment strategy. Conner is committed to delivering thoughtful support, strong communication, and a collaborative experience to both clients and brokerage partners.

Outside of work, Conner volunteers at Red Rocks Austin Church and leads a men’s Bible study through MANUP. He values time with friends and family and is passionate about running, cars, golf, and photography.
